Adam Drake1 StarAVOID! Communication is terrible, emails take weeks to get a reply and require constant chasing and follow ups, even on the simplest of questions. Return phone calls are completely out of the question!
I’m still trying to get my year end accounts sorted with them, no doubt I’ll receive a penalty.
Save yourself time, money and effort by finding another accounting service, which I have now done!Monday 20th May 2024
Tony Sullivan3 StarSo far I’ve found Neil (head account) at Intouch to be reliable and willing to get things done. However, has now left Intouch like Jess and I’m finding hard going to get results and Matthew just doesn’t respond even though I’ve sent screenshots as requested by him as it was claimed they hadn’t received my emails. Without Jess and Neil I’m just wondering. If they have done what they claim to have done. I’m reducing my previous 5 ⭐️ back to three stars given the performance since Neil departed.Friday 24th May 2024
Arun Kumar Majumdar1 StarDisappointing - super inefficient with 1% good people. Stay away! You will get NO help and google is better. Communications are super slow and need a million follow ups. Only thing efficiently works is their monthly direct debit charges for their fees. VAT penalty, late returns, interests on many items, no understanding of international business. STAY AWAY!Thursday 16th May 2024
Becky Pennison-Bates1 StarGiving one star as I don't have the option to give zero. We pay in the thousands per year, and yet receive almost no support at all. Emails requiring answers go for weeks on end without even being acknowledged, return phone calls are promised yet never arrive, and we have spent significant periods of time without an assigned accountant at all (not that it particularly makes a difference as ours is so clearly overworked we never hear from her anyway). I was told on the phone yesterday my urgent email had been ignored for 3 weeks as I asked 'too many questions' - I asked 3; a couple of which I have been asking for 6 months without a clear answer. There wasn't even a hint of an apology. Please do not use Intouch under any circumstances - it is a sheer waste of your money as you'll end up doing everything yourself anywayWednesday 1st May 2024
Yoshi1 StarDo not use this service. They are really, really horrible. I regret that I didn’t read Google reviews with one star; they are absolutely right.
I have had two accountants; the first one told me drastically wrong corporate tax estimate with wrong payment due dates, and she didn’t tell me about them until I FIGURED IT OUT, and she never gave an apology about it.
Then I got the second one; he was supposed to process by business closure preparation and wrote me saying he is aiming to complete the procedure by the end of April. And just in case, I reminded him to keep me updated. April passed. I got no contact from him. I wrote him for updates, and what I got was an automated response saying he is on annual leave until 8th May, which he did not tell me.
Go elsewhere, or you would get this quality of service.Thursday 2nd May 2024
