Used Debbie to do my tax return last year and she was slow, rude and unreliable. She wouldn’t return calls, barely replied to emails and ultimately this poor service left me with a penalty. I complained to the MD, Isabel , and was ignored. After having such an amazing experience with the accountant who sold her business to this company. I couldn’t have had a worse experience with this business.
